MEDITATION

Meditation is the link that connects the spiritual plane with the earth plane. It is the method through which we can:

  1. Alleviate Stress
  2. Work out problems with others on this earth plane
  3. Come up with solutions in dealing with situations in our personal lives
  4. Visualize and communicate with those from the other side
  5. Create

Seeing it in list form, makes it appear as if it were a cure-all. Not so! It is a means through which we can go into our “own space” and heal ourselves mentally, review problems, work out solutions, create anything we want - remember that any invention has to be first thought out, then created. If you wish to communicate with those on the other side, this is the mental plane through which it can be achieved.

Remember spirit has no body, therefore, no voice box, therefore, no voice. All communication is transmitted from that plane via symbols shown to us through mental projection and which we, in turn, interpret.

When we go into meditation (which also involves learning how to breathe properly) we go into an altered state of consciousness. We then function at a level powered by electric impulse or pure energy. Our inner self (soul or spirit) connects to the vibrations or impulses being transmitted by those we consider guides, masters, teachers, angels, etc. and the communication is established. Interpreting communication is an individual thing. We all visualize differently, understand at different levels and interpret those levels accordingly. Obviously the more often you meditate the better you become.

I have a lot of people who ask me how can I develop my psychic ability? My first question is always - do you meditate? 95% of the times the answer is no. My answer is: the first step in any development is MEDITATION. If you don’t learn how to go within and communicate with or listen to that inner voice, it’s almost impossible to accomplish.

In order to accomplish this you should:

  1. Set up a regular, daily routine. Try to make it at the same time every day. It’s like making an appointment to meet with a friend. You need to give them the time and the place to do it.
  2. Say a prayer for guidance and for protection. You can make it up or you can use a prayer that you feel comfortable with. If you would like a sample, please see the prayer on the website.
  3. Take three deep breaths; breathing deeply from the abdomen (through your mouth, not the chest area) and letting it out slowly.
  4. Then count yourself backward from ten to one, visualizing the numbers as you do so.
  5. When you reach that level of concentration, you can create the mental workspace or area, where you will meet with your guides, teachers, masters, angels or anyone you want to communicate with. Your workspace is designed to your specifications, so make it as comfortable or in any shape, form, fashion, manner or design so that you are happy. It is not always possible to see your guides immediately, but you might feel them, hear them (in your mind), get a scent of flowers, spices, etc. particular to them, or get an image projected to you by which you understand what is being told you. If you want to reach a loved one, picture them in your mind’s eye. See yourself talking to them, start a conversation with them, listen to their reply. Remember that everything is in the interpretation of the information given to you and/or your senses.

When you feel that it’s time to come out of meditation count yourself up - slowly from three to one and at the count of one, open your eyes. You should feel very relaxed, and ready to face the world again.
